Client Coordinator

About this role
As a Client Coordinator at UHSM, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through various aspects of their experience. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, addressing payment declines, assisting with program changes, managing medical records, providing exceptional customer support, conducting check-in calls, and serving as a liaison for member services. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and your ability to build positive relationships will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Welcome new customers and ensure a smooth onboarding process, providing them with all necessary information and resources to get started.
- Healthy Discount: Educate customers about available healthy discount programs and assist them in utilizing these benefits.
- Payment Declines: Proactively address payment declines, work with customers to resolve payment issues, and update payment information as needed.
- Program Changes: Assist customers in making program changes, upgrades, or downgrades as per their needs and preferences.
- Medical Records: Manage and maintain customer medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and effective customer support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Check-In Calls: Conduct regular check-in calls with customers to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Member Services Liaison: Collaborate with the member services team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution for customers.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer success, customer service, or related experience.
- 1+ years of experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g. Salesforce).
- 1+ years of experience working in alignment with sales and marketing teams.
- Able to work in our Santa Ana, CA office location.
